By providing your phone number and submitting our contact form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Inbounder. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. For support, contact support@inbounder.live.

Inbounder complies with all applicable SMS regulations including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines. We do not send unsolicited bulk SMS messages.

All content on inbounder.live, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Inbounder and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Custom AI agents, websites, and configurations built for clients remain the property of Inbounder until all outstanding fees have been paid in full.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Inbounder's services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of our services.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or booking volumes as a result of using our services. Results vary by business type, industry, call volume, and other factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inbounder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

Inbounder is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by clients and loaded into AI agent configurations. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring their agent's information is correct and up to date.

9. Third-Party Services

Inbounder's platform is built using third-party services including but not limited to Twilio, Vapi, Google, Anthropic, and ElevenLabs. When CRM integration is enabled, caller data is transmitted to third-party CRM platforms (such as HubSpot, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or Zoho) as directed by the client. Your use of Inbounder's services is also subject to the terms of these underlying providers. Inbounder is not liable for interruptions, errors, or changes in service caused by third-party providers.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in connection with the services. Inbounder will not disclose client business information, customer data, or configuration details to third parties except as required to deliver the services or comply with legal obligations.

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms of the executed service contract. Upon termination:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
